Hello, My name is Seth Green and this is my story. I live in Johnson City, Tennessee and I would like to address an issue I have and that is medical cannabis still being criminalized in the state of Tennessee. I am 26 years old and suffer from Cerebral Palsy on my right side as well as Seizures Artistes MS in my back. I have been in and out of the hospital since I was born.
